I bring more than 35 years of construction experience to the construction

industry. I have managed crews, controlled projects, implemented designs and

performed all building phases. 

I provide construction consulting to resolve construction disputes. I work as an independent contractor with MC Consultants, a nationally recognized construction consulting firm specializing in resolving construction defect issues. Additionally, I provide expert witness and pricing for construction resolution.

I am a registered Contractor in the State of Washington, a Licensed RME in the State of Hawaii, a Certified Forensic Roof Inspector, and a Registered FEMA Contractor, specializing in structural and habitability inspections.
